Are you looking for a suitable location for your group meetings near Paris and you only find places that are too small for your projects? La Villa du Gâtinais is the house you need.

Its large, comfortably furnished interior rooms, its multiple activities as well as the vast exterior at your disposal will only satisfy you. Whether for a birthday, a bachelor or bachelorette party, a vacation with friends, a seminar or simply for a family weekend, it is the ideal place.

Just 1.5 hours from Paris, the Villa du Gâtinais is the perfect balance between accessibility and disconnection. By car from Paris, you will quickly arrive in the Loiret to discover a rural and bucolic setting, ideal for spending the weekend.

The house can accommodate fifteen people to allow you to organize the event of your dreams. Many activities are available on site and included in the reservation: billiards, table football, molkky, ping-pong, darts, Netflix, barbecue, board games... The large interior spaces and the sound system available in the house allow you to come together to celebrate all your events with dignity (we think of the neighbors' sleep by closing the windows and doors). You can also take advantage of the outdoor spaces to eat and enjoy the activities or simply the sun, but the sound system and karaoke activity must remain indoors.

Fully equipped, the house allows you to welcome your guests with ease so that you just have to enjoy!

The price of the villa includes 10 people. For larger groups, a supplement of €55 will be requested per person per day in low season and €60 in high season. Your arrival is done independently 24/7, no constraints, you arrive whenever you want! Check-in is from 2 p.m. and check-out is from 12 p.m. on weekdays and until 5 p.m. on weekends.

The set of towels and sheets is optional at 15€/person.
