Yes, there are two machines available : a filter coffee machine, compatible with ground coffee and a dolce gusto capsule machine (large capsules).
You can arrive as early as 2pm. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact the owners before booking. Check-out time is 12pm Monday to Saturday and 5 pm on Sundays.
Keys are handed over in person if the times are convenient, or via a key box in the event of late arrival or early departure.
The wifi code is displayed in the house and on the welcome leaflet.
Unfortunately, all the rooms in the house are on the first floor, which means they cannot accommodate wheelchair users for the night. However, the common rooms and a toilet are on the ground floor, which means they can be used during the day.
It is possible to come and spend a pleasant time with your team for your seminar. However, the house does not have an overhead projector, but you can broadcast your content on the TV in the living room, and additional benches can be made available on request when you make your reservation.
Sheet and towel hire is optional when booking. The kit costs €15 per person and includes a set of sheets for the bed and a bath towel.
It is possible to have a party in the accommodation, within reasonable limits of course. Music and noise are permitted outside until 8pm. Music is then allowed inside the house, with doors and windows closed, so as not to disturb the neighbors. Fireworks are strictly forbidden. Any breach of these rules may result in the deposit being forfeited.
The presence of pets is subject to prior approval by the owners at the time of booking. Once the owners have agreed to the presence of pets, it is strictly forbidden for them to climb onto the sofas or beds in the house. Tenants are also responsible for picking up after their pets in the garden. Any breach of this rule may result in a withdrawal of the security deposit.
Two barbecues (one large and one small) and a brazier are available when you rent the house. Charcoal is not provided.
The swimming pool is available from the beginning of May to the end of September. If the weather permits, the dates can be extended, in which case please ask if the pool is accessible when you make your reservation. Children are of course under the supervision of the adults present at the time of rental, and the owners cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident.
There's no supermarket in the village, so you'll need a car to go shopping. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away (Super U - Beaune-la-Rollande), and it's possible to shop online and pick up at the drive-thru. You can also rent a van at the same location.
The most convenient way to get to the rental is by car, as the village is not served by public transport. For those wishing to arrive by train, the nearest stations (Nemours or Montargis) are a 30-minute drive from the house.
